Claims are subject to the following rules: For The Good Api™, 1 tree is planted and 1 plastic bottle is removed for every 15 CAD spent, with an option to plant 2 trees for 1 USD at checkout. For Shopify® Planet, customers may choose to contribute $1 CAD per order. Claims are based on the best available data but are subject to environmental and operational variability. Where do you Ship to, and How Long does it take for Delivery?

1. We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However, due to shipping limitations and/or high risk of fraud, we DO NOT currently ship to the following countries:

  • Philippines
  • Indonesia
  • Venezuela

2. Though we try to strive for fast and flawless shipping, Shipping & Delivery times can vary depending on many different factors like; time of order placement, payment confirmation, location of shipment, location of origin, etc.

Delivery times also vary significantly depending on the supplier, product, and destination:

On Average shipping and delivery time is typically 15-20 business days. For our Merch; typically 10-15 business days. Refunds are not available for products in the Merch category.

What is the Return Policy?

We offer Free Returns within 30 days of the date you received your parcel.*

Please make sure you put items back in their original packaging before you send them back to us. The product must be unworn and unwashed, with hang tags attached, (clothing items only) and accompanied by proof of purchase. All products are subject to inspection once we receive them.

*However Please note that merchandise is NOT refundable due to our POD partners' regulations.

When will I Receive my Order?

What to do if I Received a Defective Order?

The chances of receiving defective items are very rare but mistakes do happen. (We're all human after all)

But if you do, please take pictures of the product which clearly shows defect & Contact Our Support / use the 'Chat Bubble' in Bottom-Right Corner of Website, to check if it's eligible for replacement.
