At 10.75" x 18" x 1.5" the Chopping Block is small enough to easily store, yet big and heavy enough to be your go-to cutting station.

Laminating many pieces into a block is the best way to build a stable and flat surface that will last decades if treated with respect. Use both sides; one for more aggressive chopping and the other for charcuterie serving. Hand-wash only, using minimal dish soap, treat with your favourite board oil after 50+ washes.
