Where do you Ship to, and How Long does it Take for Delivery?

1. We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However, due to shipping limitations and/or high risk of fraud, we DO NOT currently ship to the following countries:

  • Nigeria
  • India
  • China
  • Brazil
  • Pakistan
  • South Africa
  • Philippines
  • Indonesia
  • Venezuela
  • Romania

We are continuously evaluating our shipping policies and may update this list in the future.

2. Though we try to strive for fast and flawless shipping, Shipping & Delivery times can vary depending on many different factors like; time of order placement, payment confirmation, location of shipment, location of origin, etc.

Delivery times also vary significantly depending on the supplier, product, and destination:

On Average shipping and delivery time is typically 15-20 business days.For our Merch; typically 10-15 business days.Refunds are not available for products in the Merch category.

Please note that these are estimates, and delays can occur due to factors beyond our control. You will receive tracking information once your order ships. Please visit our official tracking page for fast and accurate tracking.

What are the Shipping Costs?

On all products other than our merch, we provide free ($0) shipping on all products and orders.*

EXCEPT for products labelled as merch. These items will have our name "Austrige™" included in their titles and some will have the vendor name "Printify". Printify is our POD supplier who prints and handles the shipping and delivery of our merch. 

How do I Request a Return or Refund?

Please READ our Return Policy before going further. Mistakes happen. So we made the Return or Refund steps quick and easy for everyone. Products with "Printify" vendor name are non-refundable to follow our POD services policies. There are multiple ways you can request refunds or exchanges. See options below: Option 1: From Account

  1. Access your account
  2. Go to the Orders Page
  3. Beside Order History (on right side) go to the three dots ⋮ , then press 'Request refund'.

Option 2: Contact us

  1. As soon as you noticed anything wrong with your order and/or product, tell us about it immediately.
  2. You can reach our customer support at: austrigesupport@austrige.com or on our social media pages (instagram, facebook, telegram etc.) Please be aware of fake accounts. Our page names will be in our contact us page.
  3. Tell us what is wrong with the product, how many days after processing did you realize, and if your request is accepted, send back the product via mail with all pieces, and components of the product (if applicable), and the packing slip.
  4. If all is well, your refund will arrive within 10 business days of your initial request.

Option 3 (discouraged): Chargeback

  1. If you have no other choice and have attempted to try BOTH of the above options, and/or have a reason to believe your order was associated with fraudulent activity, contact us to our team with your concerns, then inform your bank.

Do you offer Expedited or International Shipping?

Yes, we offer both expedited and international shipping! For expedited shipping, you can choose this option during checkout, and delivery times will be displayed based on your location. See qualified countries.

For international shipping, we currently deliver to a wide range of countries. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination. If you have any specific questions about shipping to your location, feel free to contact our customer support team for assistance!

How can I Track my Order?

After confirming your purchase, and we ACCEPT your order, your tracking details will be accessible to you right away. Just click 'Track my order' insert your Tracking number, or Order number + email to see the estimated time and the location your order is.

  1. Go to your Austrige Account. You will see a page similar to this. Press 'Orders' Drop-down.
  2. From the Drop-down, go to the 'Order Tracking' option. like in the example below.
  3. You will be sent to the Official Tracking page provided by us. Here you can enter the given information (Order Number + Email or Tracking ID / #)
  4. See where your product is.

Track with Shop Post-Purchase confirmation, you will also be given the opportunity for fast and accurate tracking with Shop. Download the Shop app here.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

Sadly, we currently do not offer cash on delivery when you purchase online.

We are Exclusively only available Online.

Not yet—but we're working on it! Austrige.com is in the process of introducing installment payment options through providers like Afterpay and Klarna. Stay tuned, as we aim to make flexible payments available to many of our customers in the near future.
